Looking for health insurance for yourself or your family? During your appointment, we’ll take the time to understand your situation, healthcare needs, and budget before reviewing your available coverage options. We’ll discuss important factors such as your **doctors, prescriptions, preferred hospitals, monthly budget, deductible, and out-of-pocket costs**. We’ll also determine whether you may qualify for Marketplace premium assistance and explain your options in plain language. Health insurance can be complicated—you don't have to navigate it alone. Our goal is to help you understand your choices and find coverage that fits your needs and budget. **Before your appointment:** Please have your household information, estimated annual household income, doctors, and prescription medications available. If you’re applying outside of Open Enrollment, we will also need information about your Qualifying Life Event.
